Tatarian statice (Goniolimon tataricum, syn. Limonium tataricum) is a perennial about 40 cm tall with small, delicate flowers. Tatarian statice is an excellent everlasting that suits dried bouquets in both summer and winter.
The seeds germinate unevenly, so they are sown in trays and the seedlings planted outdoors later. One gram holds about 900–1000 seeds and the pack contains 0.2 g; barcode 4770168917309.
The plant grows and flowers best in a sunny, warm spot and tolerates short frosts. On heavier soils it is worth covering the plant for winter.

Agronomo patarimai
Sowing. Sow the seeds in a tray or pot of light, well-drained seed compost and cover with a thin layer. Germination is uneven, so be patient and keep the compost moderately moist.
Site and care. Plant the sturdy seedlings in their permanent spot in a sunny, warm place, about 30–40 cm apart. The plant prefers well-drained soil and tolerates dryness.
Watering and feeding. Water young plants moderately and established plants only in long dry spells. A light spring feed is enough, as too much nitrogen harms flowering.
Drying and overwintering. Cut the flower stems for drying when the flowers are fully open and hang them upside down in a warm, dark, well-ventilated room. On heavier soils cover the plant with conifer branches for winter.
