It forms a low, dense bush of thin woody stems with small grey-green aromatic leaves and small pale lilac flowers in summer. Supplied in a 9 cm pot.
Use the leaves to season meat, fish, vegetables, soups and marinades, or for tea. Suits herb beds, rock gardens and pots on a balcony.

Agronoma ieteikumi
Planting. Plant in a sunny, warm spot in light, well-drained, preferably limy soil, 20–25 cm apart.
Watering and feeding. Water moderately – thyme hates wet feet. Feed sparingly; too much nitrogen reduces the aroma.
Care. Trim lightly in spring and after flowering to keep the bush compact. Pick leaves all summer.
Overwintering. Cover with spruce branches in frosty winters without snow; winter wet is more dangerous than cold.
