Advice from our agronomist
Planting Plant from May to August in the kit basket (clay granules and gravel) with 5–15 cm of water over the crown. It also grows in wet bank soil.
Watering Keep the roots constantly under water; the level may vary but the planting medium must not dry out.
Pruning Cut dead leaves and old spikes back in spring; limit its spread by dividing every couple of years.
Feeding and winter care Needs little feeding; in spring you can give an aquatic fertiliser tablet. Hardy; leave the dead leaves over winter and cut back in spring.
