White clover (Trifolium repens) 'Abercrest' is a small-leaved lawn-type variety from the Lithuanian seed company Agrofirma Sėklos (Agronom range). Buy white clover seed in Estonia from the ALLIKASILM nursery.
It forms a dense dark green sward with white flowers, overwinters well and resists disease. Root nodule bacteria fix nitrogen from the air, so a clover lawn needs less nitrogen fertiliser.
Use it in lawn mixtures, as a clover lawn or as green manure; it is also a bee plant. Pack of 100 g.

Agronomo patarimai
Use. For a clover lawn, as an addition to lawn mixtures, as green manure and a bee plant. Clover fixes nitrogen from the air and improves the soil.
How to use. Sow from early spring to autumn into moist, fine soil, 0.5 cm deep. Pure sowing about 1.2 g/m² (12 kg/ha), in lawn mixtures 0.3–0.4 g/m² (3–4 kg/ha). Roll after sowing and keep the soil moist until emergence. 100 g covers about 80 m² pure or up to 300 m² in a mixture.
Safety and storage. Store seed in a cool, dry, dark place out of reach of children and animals.
Tip. Give a clover lawn less nitrogen – too much nitrogen favours grasses, which crowd the clover out.
