Who sells
The seller is always ALTRIX OÜ
Everything you buy on allikasilm.ee you buy from ALTRIX OÜ (registry code 12098748, KMKR number EE101447326, Pikk tn 78-21, 50603 Tartu linn, Tartu maakond, Eesti, info@allikasilm.ee). This also applies to our partners’ goods.
Who our partners are
Some of the plants and seeds are grown by small Estonian growers: registered sole traders (FIE) and companies. We sell their goods in our own name. On the page of such a product the “Seller” line names the partner who grew or supplied the product and will ship it to you. The sales contract is nevertheless always concluded with ALTRIX OÜ.
Your rights are against us
- The right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, on the same terms as for our own goods (see “Returns”). Live plants are not taken back, just as with ours.
- Quality claims within 2 years: if a plant arrives as the wrong variety, damaged, diseased or frost-damaged, we will replace it or refund you, as described on the “Returns” page.
- Damage in transit — photograph the parcel and the plant and write to us, preferably within 48 hours: this makes it easier to get compensation from the carrier. This does not limit your right to report a defect later (within 2 months of noticing it).
Write to info@allikasilm.ee. We will deal with the partner ourselves. There is no need to contact the partner directly; we do not publish their contact details so that all questions are handled in one place.
Delivery
A partner’s goods are shipped by the partner in a separate parcel. Delivery prices are the same as for our goods, but you pay for each parcel: goods from two partners mean two parcels and two delivery charges. The cart shows delivery for each parcel. The free delivery threshold is also calculated per parcel. Partners’ goods are delivered within Estonia only. Parcels may arrive on different days. The tracking number of each parcel will be sent to your email. Live plants are shipped from Monday to Wednesday; in frost below −5 °C, once it gets warmer. The partner does not see your email address; the carrier prints your phone number on the label, for delivery only.
Plant passport
Every live plant, both ours and our partners’, comes with a plant passport. Live plants on our site are sold only by partners that are entered in the PTA plant health register and issue plant passports themselves.
Returns
If you withdraw from goods that can be returned, write to us and we will send you the address and instructions. Do not send goods back without an email from us.
How we rank products
By default, products in the catalogue are displayed in the order we set manually (season, availability, selections); where the position is the same, by name. In search, the order depends on relevance to the query. You can change the sorting yourself: by popularity, rating, newest or price. “By popularity” means by the total number of sales of the product.
There is currently no paid promotion: no one pays us for a higher position in the list. If paid positions on the home page are introduced in the future, they will be marked with the word “Advertisement”.
Reviews
Only someone who has bought the product can leave a review; the site checks this against orders. Such reviews are marked “verified buyer”.
Reporting a violation
If you believe a product breaches the law or our rules, press “Report a violation” on the product page or write to info@allikasilm.ee. We will check and let you know the decision.
