Junipers (Juniperus) are tough evergreen conifers, and common juniper is an iconic part of the Estonian landscape. Gardeners use columnar, bushy and creeping forms with green, blue-grey or golden foliage. Junipers are hardy and cope well with drought.

They need sun and free-draining soil and will not tolerate standing water. Columnar varieties make hedges and focal points, while creeping junipers suit banks and rockeries. Some species benefit from shade against harsh sun in their first spring. Order junipers from ALLIKASILM with delivery across Estonia and the EU.
