Cabbage is a cornerstone of the northern vegetable garden: cold-tolerant, productive and versatile. Early varieties give crisp heads for summer salads, while mid-season and late types are ideal for sauerkraut and long storage in a cool cellar.

Cabbage seeds are usually sown indoors in March or April and the young plants moved to the bed in May. Cabbage likes sun, steady moisture and rich soil, and fleece helps keep pests away. Order cabbage seeds from ALLIKASILM with delivery across Estonia and the EU.
