Advice from our agronomist
Sowing Sow from late April to August 1–2 cm deep, with rows 25–30 cm apart, and thin to 15–20 cm. Spring sowings may bolt, so summer sowing is safer.

Harvest Cut young leaves after 4 weeks and mature plants after 6–8 weeks, taking the whole rosette.
