Salaatit

Home-grown lettuce is crisper and tastier than anything from the shop. There are several types: loose-leaf lettuces, hearting butterheads and crunchy cos, with green or red leaves. Fast-growing and fond of cool weather, it suits Estonian springs and autumns perfectly.

Sow small batches every couple of weeks and grow some in pots near the house. In hot summers give it light shade and water regularly. Order lettuce seeds from ALLIKASILM with delivery across Estonia and the EU.
