Lettuce "Lento", 1 g, Žalia stotelė
Seller: ALLIKASILM
About this product
Lettuce «Lento» (Lactuca sativa) — a mid-early, disease-resistant and productive head lettuce that can be grown all season and sown direct. The head is large, dark green and firm, weighing 200-300 g, with a tender, tasty leaf.
It is ready 63-75 days after emergence. The name says it: «Lento» is slow to bolt, so the head stays ready in the bed for a long time. It grows poorly in shade — give it sun.
Pack of 1 g. Made by Žalia stotelė.

Advice from our agronomist
Sow in succession. Lettuce matures all at once: sow a short row every 2-3 weeks for fresh heads all summer.
Leave room for the head. Thin to 25-30 cm — in a crowded row no head forms and the leaves start to rot.
Water evenly, in the morning. Drought makes the leaf bitter and sends lettuce to seed; evening watering over the leaves invites rot.
