Commission and payouts
A short page for sellers. The full rules are in sections 7 and 8 of the “Seller terms”.
What ALLIKASILM charges
10% of the amount the buyer paid for your goods. There are no other listing fees. We sell your goods in our own name (commission agency agreement), so we pay VAT on the full price, and the commission is not a separate service: no VAT is charged on it and there is no separate invoice for it.
- You are VAT-registered (you have a KMKR): the 10% is calculated on the price including VAT. You receive 90%.
- We make the label — free for you. Order it in your seller account for the order: we create it manually and email it to you. We pay for the carriage, so the buyer’s delivery charge for that parcel stays with us.
- Or use your own carrier. You can ship under your own contract with Omniva, Venipak or DPD: enter the carrier and tracking number in your seller account and mark it “Shipped”. Then the buyer’s delivery charge for that parcel is yours: we pass it on in full in your payout, without commission. If you have no KMKR, it is passed on excluding VAT, as with the price of the goods: we pay the VAT on delivery.
- Free delivery follows the site threshold, per parcel: if the total of your goods in the order reaches the threshold, the buyer pays nothing for delivery. With an ALLIKASILM label this costs you nothing; with your own carrier you ship at your own expense.
Example. A buyer bought goods from you for 30 € and paid 2,99 € for parcel locker delivery.

In either case you do not see the buyer’s email address or phone number in your seller account; the carrier prints the recipient’s phone number on the label, for that shipment only. Live plants are shipped from Monday to Wednesday; in frost below −5 °C we postpone shipping.
When the money arrives
- The buyer has paid for the order and you see it in your seller account.
- You have shipped the order and the buyer has received it: the order is completed.
- 14-day holding period: during this time the buyer may withdraw from the purchase.
- Once a week the available amount is sent by bank transfer to your IBAN if it is at least 20 €; a smaller amount is carried over to the following week.
If the buyer returns goods after a payout, the amount is deducted from the next payout.
Documents: paperless
The system generates the following in your seller account:
- “Müügi- ja väljamakse aruanne / Sales and payout statement”: orders for the period, prices, basis, commission, delivery charges, refunds and the amount payable. It is a source document for your accounts and ours;
- for VAT-registered sellers, a self-billing invoice (“Endale arve koostamine / Self-billing”): an invoice for your sale to us, which we draw up on your behalf once a month, covering all orders shipped in that month, by the 7th day of the following month. You give your consent to this once in your seller account, and a copy of the agreement is sent to your email.
You view and download the documents and confirm them with a single button. If you neither confirm nor object within 7 days, the documents are deemed accepted. There is no need to sign or send any paper.
In your seller account you can at any time open a “Paid out” statement for any period and download it for your own records and tax return.
Taxes
You pay your own taxes; we withhold nothing: the law requires tax to be withheld on salaries and on fees for work or services, but not on payment for goods (Tulumaksuseadus § 41 p 13).
Once a year, by 31 January, we report sellers’ sales data to EMTA under the DAC7 rules. We report the amounts you received after commission. Before the data are sent, you can see them in your seller account. A seller is not included if they have fewer than 30 sales in the year and no more than 2000 € in total.
